We are offering our beautiful 2 bedroom 6 berth caravan to hire at park resorts, skipsea sands,driffield. Situated minutes away from the beach. Our caravan is of parks resorts gold standard ensuring you enjoy your holiday in luxury and comfort. It boasts double glazed windows throughout and gas central heating will radiators in every room. Our huge living room comes complete with flat screen tv with freeview and dvd player and a games console. There will be a selection of dvds, games and books also available. Our fully equipped newly fitted kitchen really does have all the essentials in which you would have at home including kettle, microwave, slow cooker, huge country style oven and a full sized fridge freezer. Kitchen also has dining table and chairs perfect for them family meals. Double bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes and dresser with full length mirrors and its own private en-suite. 2nd bedroom can be made up as a double or a twin depending on your preference. Both bedrooms are fully equiped with flat screen tv with freeview and dvd player. Our family bathroom has a huge walk in shower with a extra deep base which acts as a half size bath tub. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room which can be put up or down with great ease within 1 min. We provide all bedding and towels free of charge but you are more than welcome to bring your own if youd prefer. Prices start from £141 rising to £500 in summer hols we have selected dates left and we allow 3-4 and 7 night stays. There is always something to do on skipsea both inside and out for kids and adults. For anyone wanting to know availability or wanting more information please do not hesitate to get in touch. We are currently awaiting our veranda to be fitted to our caravan so will be renting caravan out at a reduced rate until this is fitted. The caravan is set in a beautiful peaceful cul-de-sac backing onto a huge playing field, we supply patio furniture and our BBQ and also a rotary airer to save the costs of using onsite laundrette. We would require a £50 deposit to secure your booking remainder of balance due to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday begins. We also require a £75 major damage deposit 1 week befor your holiday which will be refunded no later than 10 days after your holiday ends depending on how caravan is left.
